We understand that customers may need to cancel or reschedule appointments. To provide effective and efficient treatment to all our customers, it is the office policy that all appointment cancellations (including rescheduling) must be made 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Appointment times are limited, cancelling in advance will allow us to bring in someone who needs to be seen on an emergent basis. If you do not cancel 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a $25 fee. The customer is responsible to pay this fee.
